When referring a client to a title company keep in mind one thing, our product cost the customer the same at every shop. So what separates Legacy from the pack, its the sizzle or most importantly the service each customer gets. Even though I keep 9-5 hours in the office, my day does not stop until all clients are happy and can sleep well knowing their deal is going to happen. I also keep things real and I am accountable to all parties. With your help and referrals, I plan on expanding beyond my one desk one employee shop. I want to pass on my knowledge base and customer service skills. So when you are out there amoung your friends, family, coworkers, and new contacts, don’t forget that I am here to get their real estate deals closed. I don’t discriminate based on sales price, loan amount, commercial or residential. I am here to work with all buyers. sellers, realtors, bankers, and brokers in the Valley and beyond. |
| Ideal Customer |
I would love to say everyone. However, my services are geared to real estate transactions both commercial and residential. My ideal client would be an individual loan officer closing 4-8 deals a month who is willing to break the ties with his branch managers title company choice. Another great client would be a realtor closing 2-4 deals a month who wants special attention to their files. Of course if you know anyone closing 15-50 Million dollar deals on the regular send them my way and I will make you a partner! |

Hey everyone, operating the title company and owning a hair salon has wiped me out. I literally can not get up in the morning in time for our breakfast meetings. So at this point I am going to have to bow out of our meetings. I will continue to refer and use all your services. [...]

With all the many forms of Social Media available to small business owners, it is very difficult to get to them all and still maintain a strong business. Can anyone tell me the most effective form of Social Media they have found to drive customers to your business?

Bill, I attended the SOC Super Saturday this weekend and one of the Senior Managers spoke about how he was ”Attracting” clients to his business through LinkedIn. Once again it is all about building relationships and trust, without the benefit of face-to-face contact as in traditional networking activities. He suggested a webinar, which I am signing up for to learn more about leverging the Power of LinkedIn. You may want to check out this site and possibly sign up for the webinar http://www.kevinknebl.com/linkedin-training.html I will be signing up for the March webinar.
