ReferralWeb recognizes that the business climate is constantly changing. Through its less-structured format and multiple meeting times, ReferralWeb provides business owners and professionals with the flexibility to focus on their business needs and still be productive members of the organization.

How To Join?
- Identify a chapter to visit.
- Contact the Chapter Leader to schedule your first visit and free meal
- You can visit a chapter two times before deciding to join.
- Submit an application and your first payment.
- You will be welcomed as our newest member by the next meeting after a 1-week application review period.
What I Need to Know?
Joining any networking group requires your involvement for it to be effective. Attendance and participation are the keys to your success at ReferralWeb. Policies and membership details are subject to change at any time.
Membership Policies
- Qualification: Team Members should represent their primary, full time business or a business that is being pursued to be full time. Team Members are expected to have all licenses and credentials required by law to perform their business.
- Attendance:
- • If a Team Member misses a 4th meeting in a calendar quarter, their classification MAY be re-opened upon further inquiry by the Chapter Leader.
- • Team Members who send another employee as a substitute when they are unable to attend will not be considered absent.
- • A Team Member that arrives after individual introductions have started will be considered late. Multiple late arrivals may be considered an absence.
- Participation:Each Team Member is expected to complete 4 out of 5 participation requirements, as described, in a full calendar quarter. If the minimum requirements are not met, a surcharge equal to the amount of the quarterly dues will be applied. Requirements for new Team Members joining mid-quarter may be slightly different. Minimum participation requirements:
- • Bring one qualified business referral
- • Deliver one ReferralWeb presentation
- • Bring one new guest
- • Have one new business lunch/visit with another chapter team member
- • Attend a networking event
- Classification Conflict:
- 1. Each chapter accepts only one Team Member per business classification (or profession).
- 2. A Team Member cannot represent the same business classification in another close/closed-contact networking group or in another ReferralWeb chapter.
- Membership Dues and Fees: If a Team Member’s account is over 30 days past due, the status of the membership is no longer in good standing. The Team Member is no longer allowed to attend further meetings or events. The membership will be terminated within 5 business days unless the balance is paid in full via US Mail or the website.
Chapter Meeting Times
- Morning Breakfast Meetings: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
- Midday Lunch Meetings: 11:45 AM – 1:00 PM
- Evening Dinner Meetings: 5:45 PM – 7:00 PM
Membership Fees
There is no membership term and the cost of meals is paid by the members as they attend the meetings. Membership fees will vary depending on when the chapter meets. Pricing details may be found by downloading the ReferralWeb Application.
